Our Growth team, with a team size of 30, specializes in maximizing the potential of mobile products through strong experience in global creative production, a profit-driven approach, and expertise in user acquisition, creative content production, and the necessary tech capabilities required to turn applications into global hits across various types of games and consumer apps.
Oligate is seeking an experienced/senior-level User Acquisition Associate to manage user acquisition activities for a portfolio of mobile games and apps. Reporting to one of our Lead of Operation Managers, you will use your expertise and creativity to transform great prototypes into global hits.
Strategically manage UA campaigns to efficiently test the potential of various game prototypes.
Keep abreast of trending creatives, guide designers, and leverage UA results.
Plan and manage UA campaigns for multiple games and/or apps.
Design and execute A/B tests, and monitor KPIs based on monetization
Analyze campaign performance, identify key performance indicators, and enhance the Return On Advertising Spend (ROAS) for our games and apps.
Collaborate closely with our Product and Creative teams to coordinate efforts and exchange feedback.
Utilize our array of internal growth tools and work with our Tech team to continuously enhance them.
Expand your UA expertise and share best practices with other teams to maintain our organization's leading edge in growth innovation.
Spearhead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
You've successfully managed a mobile game that has amassed over 1 million downloads on Google Play or the App Store.
You possess at least 2 years of experience running campaigns for hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games.
You're proficient in paid acquisition strategies and budget management
You have a proven track record of executing effective ROAS strategies for mobile games and/or apps.
You're intimately familiar with various user acquisition platforms, such as Facebook Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, TikTok, DSPs, and more, along with MMPs like Appsflyer and Adjust.
You're adept at applying experimentation methodologies and processes
You have hands-on experience with influencer marketing and App Store Optimization (ASO).
You're a growth hacker: you've already experimented with innovative organic/viral tactics.
You're fluent in English and can effectively express yourself in the language.
