For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Frogwares is looking for a talented Sound Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the immersive audio experiences in our upcoming titles.
We’re an experienced and passionate team known for crafting games enjoyed by millions of players worldwide and recognized by industry professionals alike.

We're specifically looking for a Sound Designer with a focus on creating and implementing audio for cinematics and monster design.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Proficiency in major digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Ableton, Cubase, Nuendo, Pro Tools, Reaper, etc., and mastery of at least one (required).

  • Solid understanding of Unreal Engine audio tools, with experience using UE5’s audio features being a significant advantage.

  • Deep knowledge of sound design principles for games and cinematics, including field recording, editing, layering, digital processing, and engine implementation.

  • Familiarity with audio for narrative sequences, such as cutscenes and dialogue-driven scenes.

  • Basic experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Ability to work with task and project tracking tools (Jira and similar).

  • A good level of spoken English is required to collaborate effectively with an international team.

  • Previous experience on at least one released game title is a strong plus.

What is important for us in a person?
  • Designing and implementing audio for in-game environments, systems, and events to enhance gameplay immersion.

  • Creating and syncing sound assets for cinematics, including dialogue, ambiance, and effects.

  • Designing unique and impactful audio for monsters and creatures.

  • Editing and mixing audio for promotional and marketing materials.

  • Collaborating closely with narrative, cinematic, and gameplay teams to ensure audio supports storytelling and emotional tone.

  • Participating in reviews, feedback sessions, and iteration processes to refine and polish soundscapes.
