We have experts across publishing, user interface/experience (UI/UX), game design, monetisation, user acquisition (UA), creative, business intelligence (BI), quality assurance (QA), LiveOps, art and game development spread across and are continually looking to strengthen our team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Managing QA-related tasks

  • Participating in the creation, development, and improvement of team products

  • Tracking production activities and schedules of ongoing projects

  • Supporting the Product Owner in task organization related to production

  • Providing feedback to team members, assisting in resolving daily issues

  • Managing the Discord community for team-produced games

  • Conducting manual testing of games

  • Monitoring reported errors from external sources (e.g., Discord)

  • Investigating player accounts for any abusive behavior in the game (often reported by support or the community).

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar position

  • Advanced ability to conduct manual testing in mobile games

  • Extensive knowledge of mobile gaming market trends and terminology used in games

  • Very good familiarity with social media platforms: Discord, Steam forums, Twitch, Reddit

  • Proficiency in Altassian Jira software and intermediate-level usage skills

  • Ability to build relationships with users and engage in meaningful discussions about the product

  • Independence in problem-solving

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to estimate work time (timeliness and efficiency)

  • Organizational skills

  • Upper to Intermediate level of English proficiency (both spoken and written)

  • Passion for mobile games
