• Take part in the process of creating new game mechanics and features from its initial idea to its setup and tuning based on analysis results

• Create game tutorials and new game modes

• Change and improve current game controls and feedback mechanics

• Take part in the creation of game events, contests, and tournaments

• Create documents on various World of Tanks Blitz aspects

• Gather information and analyze data on new game mechanics and released features

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years experience as a game designer

• Strong skills of working on design documentation

• Ability to visualize your ideas and create mock-ups

• Good mathematical skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel

• Ability to clearly present ideas verbally and in writing

• Understanding of World of Tanks Blitz gameplay and mechanics

• Excellent knowledge of various game monetization mechanics and projects on the market (current trends, current direction of industry development)

• Rich experience in playing shooters
