• Documentation: Creation of detailed design and technical documentation for art asset production;

• Production Management: Establishing and overseeing efficient art production pipelines.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director in game development, with a strong slot portfolio showcasing creative expertise;

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the iGaming market and its visual trends;

• Leadership: Proven experience leading teams of Artists and Animators, as well as managing external agencies;

• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments;

• Language Proficiency: English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher;

• AI Tools: Experience working with AI-driven creative tools is a plus.
