3D Generalist

Hi! We are Aya Games, a product-focused company developing a mobile open-world RPG with deep social mechanics.

Our project is a vibrant digital city where players can build careers, acquire property, interact with others, earn income, and choose their own path — from law enforcement to street gangs. We combine role-playing mechanics, an economic system, and multiplayer features to create a unique gaming experience on mobile platforms.

We’re looking for a 3D Generalist to create eye-catching and effective marketing creatives for our game.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Creating 3D video creatives for game promotion

• Selecting and assembling 3D assets

• Developing animations, including character animations

• Modeling various objects

• Editing, rendering, and compositing videos in line with technical requirements

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 1+ year of experience creating 3D creatives for game development projects

• A portfolio with game-related creatives — required

• Ability to create 3D animation (including character animation — required)

• Proficiency in at least one 3D software: Unreal Engine, 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or MODO

• 3D modeling skills

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects (especially for UI animation)

• Understanding of shot composition

• Ability to render and light scenes with high visual quality

• Experience assembling complete 3D scenes

• Awareness of how marketing creatives work and what’s expected from them

• Self-motivation, strong time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines

• Experience working with task trackers
